Membership in the Friends of the San Diego Public Library is open to anyone and everyone who is interested in supporting the purpose of the organization.

The membership year is January 1 to December 31. If you join between October 1 and December 31, your membership extends until December 31 of the next year.

Your tax deductible donation or membership dues may be matched by the City of San Diego and used to support programs, buy books and materials, and otherwise support the San Diego Public Library. The Friends of the San Diego Public Library is a registered California Tax Exempt Non-Profit Corporation under IRS 501(c)(3).
