Book Sales by Chapters of the Friends of the San Diego Public Library

Book Sale – Ocean Beach

Many chapters of the Friends of the San Diego Public Library conduct used book sales at the library branches with which the Chapter is affiliated. Some Chapter book sales are held daily, some are held monthly, and some are held on selected days of the week. Regardless of the frequency with which the sales are held, one thing is universally true: The books, CDs, and DVDs are offered at significant bargain prices—often just $1 per book. Further, 100% of the proceeds of the book sales are used to fund programs, book purchases, and equipment needs at the library.

Purchasing books from the Friends’ bookstores is a great way to enhance your own personal home library while supporting the activities at San Diego Public Library branches.
